📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
