📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Azure and Office 365.
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives and support digital transformation.
Monitor and optimize IT systems to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT projects and initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems Management, with a focus on hybrid and cloud infrastructure.
Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other relevant cloud technologies.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
Familiarity with financial services industry best practices.
