📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet services from planning to execution.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Organize and maintain banquet equipment and supplies.,Develop and implement banquet service improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet services.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of banquet service standards and regulations.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and supplies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
