Jaya Kirana Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our restaurant meets its supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that our restaurant has the necessary supplies.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and expenses.,Ensure that all purchased items meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to understand their supply needs and ensure timely delivery.,Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on procurement activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
