Web Village Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Ubud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
