📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Support marketing efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.,Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Monitor customer feedback and provide reports to management to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys and programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and marketing.,Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or related fields.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
