In this role, you will be responsible for the design and oversight of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) to ensure they meet the highest safety and environmental standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.,Conduct geotechnical investigations and assessments to determine the suitability of sites for TSF construction.,Develop and implement geotechnical engineering solutions to mitigate risks associated with TSF operations.,Monitor and review TSF performance to ensure ongoing compliance with safety and environmental standards.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical considerations into overall project planning and execution.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and project teams.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in geotechnical engineering and best practices in TSF design and management.,Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 5 years in TSF design and oversight.,Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and practices, including soil mechanics, slope stability, and foundation design.,Experience with regulatory requirements and standards for TSF design and operation, including those set by the Indonesian government and international bodies.,Proficiency in using geotechnical engineering software and tools, such as PLAXIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.,Ability to travel to project sites and work in remote and challenging environments.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.
