📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock turnover is optimized,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Contribute to the overall success of the store by setting and achieving targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior
