Gate Global Group is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of and that the event runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or requests from guests.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during the event.
  • Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and decorations.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable work area, including restrooms and common areas.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
