📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects for the hotel development.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.,Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and field personnel.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the hospitality sector.,Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.,Strong project management and leadership skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
