📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet including staff management and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Collaborate with the senior management team to drive overall business growth.,Leverage technology to enhance the shopping experience and streamline operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
