📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with TikTok's global vision and local market needs
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
- Provide HR support to engineering teams, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
