📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial properties
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and implement solutions
- Work with property managers and engineers to ensure tenant comfort and safety
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- TESDA NCII Certification in HVAC Systems Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Familiarity with HVAC system design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
