📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of departmental tasks.
• Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in the organization of departmental events and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the department head.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the given deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong command of both English and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
