📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for cleanroom technicians, covering ISO 14644 standards, cleanroom protocols, and equipment operation.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrating best practices and safety procedures in a cleanroom environment.
Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to develop and update training materials and curricula.
Monitor and maintain cleanroom equipment, ensuring it meets quality and safety standards.
Participate in quality control processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain cleanroom integrity.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in cleanroom technology, incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive training environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among trainees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cleanroom Technician or similar role.
Proven expertise in ISO 14644 standards and cleanroom protocols.
Familiarity with cleanroom equipment and tools, such as HEPA filters, laminar flow hoods, and particle counters.
Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and guide others effectively.
Certification in Cleanroom Technology or a related field is a plus.
Experience working in a high-precision manufacturing environment is a plus.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
