📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other external stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong understanding of business operations and a ability to develop and implement operational strategies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
