📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness,Support the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment,Assist in the management of inventory and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge,Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with operational processes and procedures,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
