📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
