In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales and driving customer satisfaction through excellent sales techniques and product knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting products and services to potential customers through various channels.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
