📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and budgets.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deviations.,Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection findings, and other relevant documentation.,Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing risks and accidents.,Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring that the project stays within budget.,Provide guidance and support to site teams to enhance productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision or construction inspection, preferably in infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Proven ability to manage and lead construction teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid construction safety and inspection certifications (e.g., SHE, CISI).,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
