🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and training,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in English and Indonesian
