📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage economic empowerment programs in collaboration with local stakeholders.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the economic well-being of local communities.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of economic empowerment initiatives to ensure they meet their objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, government agencies, and community members.,Facilitate training and capacity building programs for community members to improve their economic skills.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of economic empowerment projects.,Promote and advocate for the benefits of economic empowerment programs within the community.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, economic empowerment, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing community development projects.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in local languages and cultures, particularly in Sumbawa Barat.,Familiarity with local governance structures and community dynamics in Nusa Tenggara Barat.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
