📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related risks and issues to senior management.
• Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, and advise the company accordingly.
• Represent the company in compliance-related matters with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the company's operations are conducted in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar executive role in the maritime or mining industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of international and local regulations applicable to the maritime and mining sectors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using compliance management software such as Compliance Quest or similar tools.
• Certifications in compliance management, such as CCP (Certified Compliance Professional) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
