• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in risk management practices and industry trends to ensure that our risk management framework remains robust and effective.
• Provide training and support to employees on risk management best practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the risk management field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, with a strong background in enterprise risk management.
• Proven expertise in using risk management software such as SAP GRC, RiskWatch, and other enterprise risk management tools.
• Certifications such as CERA (Certified in Enterprise Risk Management), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), or PECB (Professional in Enterprise Risk Management) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and other relevant standards.
• Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry is a plus.
