📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Manage and develop a team of associates, providing coaching, training, and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in company initiatives and promotions to drive sales and growth.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.,High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.,Previous experience with Domino's is a plus.
