Director, Finance

Join the Singapore Swimming Club as the Director of Finance and take the lead in shaping our financial future. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial strategy, oversee all financial operations, and ensure the club's fiscal health and sustainability. Based in Bali, you'll work closely with our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to manage our finances, prepare budgets, and analyze financial performance. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the club's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the club's management team to ensure that financial goals are met and that the club's financial resources are used effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, as well as a deep knowledge of the financial industry. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the club's fiscal health and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports or non-profit industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Deep knowledge of the financial industry and relevant laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
