📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies to protect payment systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee a team of IT security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
• Conduct regular security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Work closely with other departments to integrate security policies and procedures into all business processes.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT security, and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the state of IT security within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on securing payment systems and infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
