📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll administration, employee records, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
• Streamline recruitment processes and manage employee benefits
• Support workforce planning initiatives and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role
• Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software, such as SAP Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI
