📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver Kumon’s proven math curriculum to students aged 5-12.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one instruction to help students master essential math skills.
• Track student progress using Kumon’s structured worksheets and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
• Stay updated on Kumon’s latest instructional methods and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with the Kumon Method.
• Certification in Kumon Teaching Methods (KTM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of math curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
