📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess financial controls, operational processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Identifying and assessing risks to the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with department heads to implement audit findings and improvements.
• Using SAP and Excel to analyze data and prepare audit reports.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on audit procedures and best practices.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a water utility or similar industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of internal audit standards and regulations, including ISO 19011 and COSO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the water utility industry is a plus.
